Steps on how to upgrade Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox is one of the many browsers that exist in the world of internet computing. Upgrading Mozilla Firefox has always remained to be the easiest task that one can ever embark on. It does not require training at all; only task you have to undertake is just follow simple instructions.
Those who shy away from it don’t have any excuse apart from the ignorance that holds them back. There is a full guidance which comes with a graphic user interface that simplifies everything. You move from one step to the next until the job is done. A little patience might be in order at times, and this is what many people miss. So what exactly are the steps that you have to undergo in order to reach the ultimate goal, upgrading your Mozilla Firefox browser? The following steps will see you through the upgrading procedure, each one immediately coming after the other.

First of all, while the browser is open, you go to the help function of the browser and click on it. Once it opens the pull down menu, you move down to the option “Check for new updates” and click it. The result will be a small window opening up and displaying three options. The options are “Ask Later”, “No Thanks” and “Get the New Version”. You then click on the “Get the New Version” which opens up a download window subsequently starting the download after a couple of minutes. The new version of the Mozilla Firefox will be downloaded, and this might take some time depending on the speed of the internet connection that you have.

After some time, the download is complete, and a window pops up. The acknowledgment of the conclusion of the download shows up. A message pops up which reads, “The update will be installed the next time Firefox starts. You can restart Firefox now, or continue working and restart later.” There are two options at this particular time. Below this message there are two options, the first option reads, “Restart Later”. The second option reads, “Restart Firefox”. The choice lies with you whether you want to restart immediately for the changes to take effect, or you want to restart later for the changes to take effect at that particular time.
You can observe that the process is not rocket science, but a simple task that can be done even by a ninety year old granny who has retired from active life and is not in touch with the latest technology doing rounds in the world of advancement. It remains to be the simplest task for those who are keen on following instructions and at the same time practice patience. Once the realization comes into your focus then you realize that there is no need of calling a technician to do the job for you. At the end of the day, you save your time and money as well as the time for the technician who can then engage in other tasks that can enhance his or her career.
